CMAD Conference | 2025

In March 2025, I served as the lead Project Manager for TxDOT's 2025 Construction, Materials, and Alternative Delivery Conference at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX. This record-setting, three-day conference welcomed 1,050 attendees, 23 exhibitors, and received overwhelmingly positive attendee feedback on the post-event survey.

To bring this event to life, I led a year-long, cross-functional effort (in addition to my regular duties) that included stakeholder coordination across multiple agencies, content planning and speaker engagement, branding and logo development, marketing strategy, and on-site logistics. Pulling off an event of this scale took the dedication and collaboration of a truly outstanding team, and I’m proud to have had the opportunity to lead such a talented group from concept through successful execution.

Leadership Texas | 2024

Leadership Texas Women is a state-wide, invitation-only program designed for professionals to expand their leadership skills and gain insights into key issues facing Texas, including education, healthcare, the environment, and the economy.

This year-long experiential program was nothing short of remarkable - three vibrant Texas cities, 90 incredible women leaders from around the state, countless inspiring conversations and lessons learned. I am sincerely grateful to TxDOT for the honor of being selected and for their generous sponsorship of my participation in this program.

CSD Symposium | 2022

In February 2022, I co-chaired CSD's biennial Negotiated Contracts Symposium along with  our division's Training Coordinator, Hannah Beavers.
Traditional TxDOT infrastructure was unavailable to support the virtual conference, which required our team to pivot and handle in-house all aspects of the event.

We designed a suite of event marketing materials, and were
able to work some meaningful content into the project timeline, using construction and home video footage to humanize the division and add depth. Two of the six custom videos are linked here: Symposium Introduction, which kicked off our morning general session and CSD: Who We Are, which highlights CSD employees and our mission to support customer divisions and Texans, at large.

Customer Experience  | 2021

Self-intitated project to update the division's process for tracking customer experience after authoring this white paper. Project plan was subsequently approved by administration, process was engineered, and policy was re-written, with successful outcomes, including a 35% increase in customer participation rate in the first quarter.
